A Bit About Me
I enjoy creating artwork in glass either slumping/casting/fusing and glass beads. I have recently been working with fusing photos on glass. There is something about the movement of hot glass and the blending of what I wanted and what the glass wants to do. I have been practicing Aikido (a martial art) for over 20 years. My aikido practice plays a part in my artwork. Trying to find balance within the artwork and within myself. My subject matter is mostly from nature, similar to the materials I’m using- glass is just sand heated. I consider myself an object maker, having fun creating objects of artwork.
